For the Man / Boy in your life

Morning all hope you had a lovely weekend with this gorgeous weather we are having.
Well another weekend over and time for another challenge at Lexis Creations and this week it's for the Man / or Boy in your life.
For my card I have used an image from Fairy Dust Crafts Golfer Max.
I have used a scalloped card base and used some core'dinations from Crafters Companion,  for matting and layering, paper is from Wellington paper pad. I have stamped my image onto Neenah Crest Card from Crafters Companion. I have coloured my image in with Spectrum Noir pens from Crafters Companion.
The sentiment and rosette are from  my Mens collection cd and for the rosette I have used my Epiphany tool to make the epoxy embellishment, from Crafters Companion to put onto the rosette.

Lavender

Evening all hope you have all had a good day, I have had a hectic day, hello to my new follower.
It's been a dull day we want some sun to cheer us all up.
My card today I made for my Mum's Birthday last month, it's one of Hunkydory card kit's, my Mum loves lavender so this was perfect for her and she loved it, they think I am really clever but then that's what Mum and Dads do be proud of their children.Isn't it.
I used an 8 x 8 card base matted and layered with lilac Crafters Companion Centura Pearl card the paper I used  is one I had in my stash, flowers pins are from Wild Orchid Crafts my ribbon is from Crafters Companion, pearls are from my stash.

Just Swining by

Evening all I can't believe I am doing another post today, maybe im ill !!lol.
Last night when Rob went fishing I was practising my colouring, the first one I did went in the bin, so this was my second attempt it's not perfect by any means, but I thought I would share it with you anyway.
The image is from A Year with Humphrey Stamps, papers are from the Allsorts Cd all from Crafters Companion
The ribbon flowers and gems are from my stash.

Here Comes Summer

Morning all well it's another dull day, where is the sunshine are we going to have a summer this year!
Today I thought I would share a card with you I made a few weeks ago, from a year with Humphrey.

I have used the papers from Humprey's All Sorts Cd I have kept this one just plain and simple.
I have used an Epiphany Tool  to create the charm, and a bow, the sentiment was from A Year With Humphrey too.

Black White And One Other Colour

Morning all hope you had a lovely weekend, wasn't the weather lovely, we were spoilt.
Firstly I would like to say hello to my new follower.
Today is start of a new challenge at  Lexis Creations and this week it is Black, White and One Other Colour.
For my card I have used an 6 x 6 card blank I have used Core'ordinations black and white card from the Neutrals pack available from Crafters Companion.
I have used a border from Papermania Ivory Black from Creative tones border pack that I have had in my stash for ages.
The image, flowers and flourishes have been created with my Marianne Create-able dies.
The satin ribbon is from my stash.
The sentiment I have used is from Fairy Dust Crafts.

Wellington

Hello all what an awful day again it's still raining here, at least we have crafting to fill these wet day's.
I thought I would just share with you another card I made for the Breast Cancer Campaign, (Isle of Pink) and not Pink Isle as I thought it was, trust me to get the wrong end of the stick, lol.
I really enjoyed doing the Wellington cards they are quick for those last minute cards.
I have used Core'dinations  Flower Power from Crafters Companion.
The papers are from 12 x 12 pad from the Wellington range along with  decoupage and sentiment.

Sympathy

Hello all hope you are having a good day, I can't believe we are half through the week already,the weather is still pretty grim it doesn't know when to stop now.


I have been watching all the S.W.A.L.K. programs with Leann , they have been fab, can't wait to get mine.

I thought I would just share with you the card I made for the family of my friend who passed away recently.
It is her funeral on Friday.

Pink Isle

Hello all hope your having a lovely weekend, I am having a lazy one as I have worked the last two days solid making cards for a friend to sell for me at a Mayfest in Yarmouth for Pink Isle Breast Cancer, I don't know how I managed it but I made 54 cards.,I didn't find out till Wednesday night. I do love making cards but must say it was a marathon but I got there in the end, she was really pleased with them, I did some candles too with images on them Beatrix Potter and Flower Fairy's, I donate 30% to the campaign.she is there for   3 days.
The weather is awful too very cold windy and wet and it's all outside.
This is one of the many cards I made they were all something fairly quick, this one is the new Wellington from Do Crafts, he's so cute It was from one of the decoupage packs and the papers are from a 12 x 12 paper pack. I'm sorry there is a little glare from the card bag I packed them and forgot to take pictures before.

Ribbon and Lace at Lexis

Morning all hope you have had a good weekend, I can't believe it's Monday already, and this means it's a new challenge at Lexis Creations, this week it's Ribbon and Lace.
This is a scheduled  posting so I really hope it works, as I am up in Leicester with my Sister doing more clearing at Mum and Dads house, it's almost done now, it's been very hard we feel as if we're invading their privacy, but they are happy on the Island and it's a lovely home we couldn't have wished better for them.
Any ways for my card I have used a 8 x 8 card blank and used some purple card stock from my stash for matting and layering, the papers I have used are from Bearly Mine designs, the flowers and lace are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the ribbon and the epiphany embellishment  is from  Crafters Companion. and last but not least my image is Cozy Cuddles Bear from Fairy Dust Crafts.
